1. What's refundable

  • Shared, WordPress, India & Reseller hosting — 7-day money-back
  • VPS & Cloud — 7-day money-back
  • Dedicated Servers — 72-hour money-back (hardware provisioning cost)
  • Enterprise contracts — pro-rata refund per signed MSA

2. What's not refundable

  • Domain registrations & transfers (charged by registry — non-refundable)
  • SSL certificates from third-party CAs (Let's Encrypt SSL is free & not chargeable)
  • WHMCS & third-party software licences
  • Migration or one-time engineering services already delivered
  • Add-ons consumed (e.g. dedicated IP already used)

3. How to request a refund

Email billing@ceohost.in from your registered email address with your Client ID and the invoice number. We process refunds within 3 business days.

4. How you get the money back

Refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI, card, PayPal, Netbanking). Bank / card refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect; UPI refunds usually reflect the same day.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — 99% of refund requests can be resolved amicably in under 24 hours. Chargebacks incur a ₹500 processing fee.

6. Service-credit refunds

SLA credits are applied to your next invoice automatically. You may request a cash refund of accrued credits by emailing billing@ceohost.in.
